About Jane Hardwick Counseling

What you can achieve from counseling can be life-changing.

While it can feel uncomfortable from time to time, working through the uncomfortable things makes them easier to deal with.

You have the ability to grow and develop emotionally and spiritually throughout your life. People just like you have discovered that to achieve this growth they need to experience the caring, non-judgmental environment a trained professional can provide. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)* and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)*, I am able to provide you with this environment.

In my 30+ years of practice I have been privileged to be a part of clients learning to like themselves. This has brought them satisfaction and joy. It changed their lives so they experience a sense of personal and professional accomplishment. As a result I truly believe your tomorrow can feel better than today.

My professional training includes: Solution Focused Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

I’m currently a member of the following professional organizations:
